At the major rally by thousands of Iranian supporters of the Iranian resistance in New York which was held on Tuesday and Wed, Sept. 23 and 24, former US senator Sam Brownback among other Amercian personalities spoke. He described the Iranian regime as “a terrorist regime, a nuclear weapon-seeking regime, a regime of slavery and shortages,” adding that it has delivered “nothing but misery for the people of Iran” in 45 years. He said what most terrifies the rulers in Tehran is their own people: “Why is the regime more scared of its own people than of Israel? Because they know the people don’t support the regime.” “It’s time to push into victory. Push into victory. We’re there,” he said, recalling the late Senators John McCain and Joe Lieberman as champions of the cause. Most major media, newspaper, and tv reflected the FreeIran rally in New York. It's worth mentioning that New York rally was the 2nd such huge rallies that the Iranian resistance had held. Political prisoner Somayeh Rashidi, who was held in the notorious Qarchak Prison, died on Thursday Sept. 25,  after several days in a coma at Mofatteh Hospital in Varamin in Iran. The judiciary-affiliated news agency Mizan has confirmed her death. Somayeh was 42 years old and suffered from epilepsy for many years. According to her cellmates, she repeatedly sought medical help for seizures and severe headaches but Prison doctors, dismissed her condition as “malingering” and returned her to the ward. On the other hand concerns about the health of another political prisoner has increasd. Maryam Akbari Monfared who's been in prison for more than 15 years still suffers from chronic back and knee pain which the prison authorities ignore. She is required to have surgery but the authorities refuse to facilitate her treatment. Maryam was arrested 2009 for asking about her sister and 3 brother's burial. They were executed in the 1980's in Iran. Also Zeinab Jalalian who is serving life sentence in Yazd Central Prison is suffering from deteriorating health and systematic denila of medial treatment. Mahnaz Dehghani was executed on Sept. 24, in Adelabad prison in Shiraz-Iran while Masoud Pezeshkian was giving his speech in UN General assambly talking about human rights. Since July of 2025, some 13 women have been hanged in Iran. https://tinyurl.com/ym6y928d

Since March of 2025, some 800 prisoners have been executed in Iran. Zeinab Jalalian, the only female political prisoner in Iran serving a life sentence, continues to suffer from deteriorating health and systematic denial of medical treatment in the 18th year of her sentence. In 2024 she was approched by the Iranian regime's Intelligence agents twice and given a codition for outside prison medical care if she signs a "letter of repentance". She has abviousley refused and stated that medical care is a legal entitlement and must not be weaponized for political cercion. Zeinab was arrested in 2007 and 2009, and was sentenced to death on charges of "enemity against God" for alleged membership in Opposition groups. On Tuesday, September 16, on the 86th week of the No to Execution Tuesdays Campaign, the political prisoners in 52 prisons across Iran launched another day of hunger strike, voicing their defiance against the regime’s repressive and execution-driven policies. On the third anniversary of Iran's 2022 Uprising, prisoners honored the memory of Mahsa (Jina) Amini and the victims of that nationwide uprising, emphasizing that although the historic movement of the Iranian people was met with bullets and brutal repression, “resistance in the streets and neighborhoods continues.” The families of the political prisoners on death row also continue to be the voice of their children outside the prison. https://tinyurl.com/5n8hjwy9

Political prisoner Azar Korvandi, in Qarchak Prison in Iran, althoug suffering from heart disease and cancer, is still systematically denied access to specialized medical care. Mrs. Korvandi was previously imprisoned as a political detainee in the 1980s, during which she was pregnant at the time of her arrest and gave birth while enduring harsh prison conditions under interrogation. https://tinyurl.com/4bvvmv7p

On the 85th consecutive week of the “No to Execution Tuesdays” campaign inside Iranian prisons, Sabzevar prison joined in and brought the number of prison participations to 52. The prisoners across Iran staged a hunger strike to protest the regime's systematic and widespread use of the death penalty. Last week Mr. Mehran Bahramian an activist during 2023 Iran uprising, was executed and buried in hiding. His family even were not notified during bruial. Outside prisons the families of the death row prisoners continue their activism to save their loved ones.

Tens of Thousands of Iranians Rallied in Brussels Celebrating the 60 Year anniversary of main Iranian opposition force, PMOI/MEK People's Mojahedin Organization of Iran which has a long history of Struggle Against Two Dictatorships for Freedom in Iran. They gathered in the iconic Atomium and Heysel Plateau in Brussels on September 6, from different countires in the European Unions, USA, Canada and Austraila to send the message of overthrow of the Iranian regime. Thousands of PMOI members at Ashraf-3 in Albania joined the rally online. Mike Pence former vice president of United States, Guy Verhofstadt, former PM of Belgium, Kris Van Dijck Belgian MEP, Patric Kennedy former US congressman, Alejo Vidal-Quadras former vice president of the European Parliament as well as Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the president elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, were present at the rally and spoke. https://tinyurl.com/2s4hp55s

Different media outlets reported on Sat. Sept. 6, 2025 of the gathering of tens of Thousands of Opponents of the Iranian Regime on Foot on Atomium square. Among the participants was Maryam Rajavi, President elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). Former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence also addressed the crowd, alongside former Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt and John Bercow, the former Speaker of the U.K. House of Commons(2009–2019). The demonstrators called on the European Union to adopt a tougher stance on Tehran. “We are here to make our voices heard and to support Mrs. Rajavi in her fight for democracy in Iran,” said Afchine Alavi, spokesperson for the NCRI. On Tuesday Sept. 2, the central headquarters of the Iranian regime's Ministry of Education in the Capital Tehran, witnessed a joint protest by two groups: retired teachers and the Instructors from the National Literacy Movement- Nehzat-e savad amouzi. The retired teachers who were chanting "stop saying there are no funds, we are tired of empty promises", demanded immeidate payment of long overdue salary adjustments under the ranking plan. Leila Saremi mother of political prisoner Farzad Moazami Goodarzi, remains in prolonged pretrial detention at Tircheh block prison in Borujerd after 40 days of arrest.
