Interpol, the International Criminal Police Organization, Red Alert warrants that was issued against three leaders of the Iranian regime that were involved in the bombing in Buenos Aires in 1994, has been approved. They are Mohsen Rezae former head of the Revolutionary Guards, Mohsen Rabbani Former charge d'affaries in Buenos Aires and Ali Fallahian former head of Intelligence Minister.

On Wednesday, February 17th five series of protests and strikes was staged in Tehran, Ilam, Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces in western Iran. Protests in Iran have become a daily occurrence.


- On Monday Feb. 15, dozens of stock holders who have suffered financial losses recently staged a protest in the Ghaem Magham Avenue of Iran’s capital, Tehran.

According to Campaign in Defense of Civil & Political prisoners Feb. 17, Ali Amir-gholi, an expelled industrial management student from Ghazvin Azad (Free) University, has been sentenced to 21 years behind bars by one of the most infamous judges in the radical Islamic regime of Iran. He was charged and sentenced by Judge Salavati for “insulting the Supreme leader and sanctities, propaganda against the state, disrupting public order', just because he took part in protest rallies.
This college student had prior to this been arrested and transferred to Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison for taking part in a gathering held at Khavaran cemetery marking the 20th anniversary of the 1988 massacre of political prisoners.

An Iranian woman has been sentenced to death by hanging accused of taking part in a murder which she's vigorously has denied. Amnesty International and other human rights organizations have emphasized that prisoners are often coerced in to giving false confessions which is usually done under torture or intimidation of having their family members arrested and harassed.

Reuters reported on Feb. 20th that EU leaders told Russia to stop bombing Western-backed opposition fighters in Syria and accused Moscow and Iran of threatening peace efforts, as well as helping Islamic State and worsening refugee flows in Europe.
Leaders made the call a week after major powers agreed a pause in combat in Syria, where Russia has focused on attacking rebels opposed to its ally Bashar al-Assad, and urged that the 'cessation of hostilities' be respected.

On Feb. 17, Security police in East Azerbaijan Province, northwest Iran, arrested 4 individuals for the “crime” of “yelling too loud”. They were then paraded and humiliated in the city of Tabriz.
Crime: Internet activities!!
The punishment of another Man who filmed and posted video images on the Internet was the same. He was paraded in Tehran by state security agents. State-run news agencies identified him as “A. Sh.”. Shalikar, commander of the district police described the individual as a hooligan and had him paraded around the city to serve as a lesson for others!

On Feb. 17, 4 Men who were arrested in the city of Kamiyaran, 65 kilometers south of Sanandaj, west of Iran, have been detained for the past 2½ months in a local intelligence department detention center. Their families have no information about their latest status and whereabouts. The men are Farhad Saed Mojeshi, Payam Saed Mojeshi, Sirvan Saed Mojeshi and Hossein Saed Mojeshi.

Saturday, February 20, 2016 marked the 21st day of hunger strike by Mohammad Ali Taheri, a prisoner of conscious in the notorious Tehran Evin Prison. Taheri had begun his indefinate hunger strike on January 30th. He wants to be released unconditionally after serving his term of 5 years behind bars.
A group of his supperters have joined in the hunger strike and want Taheri to be freed immidiately.
