10 people are killed and
hundreds wounded after repressive forces attack protesting farmers in Isfahan
According to additional reports, the number of wounded farmers has increased following the attacks by the Iranian anti-riot forces firing bullets at the Isfahani farmers.
Under Khamenei’s orders, city and province crises headquarters have been established and the Interior Minister Security Council inTehran is following up on this issue. Elements of
repressive forces have stationed in vast numbers in various parts of the city.

The clashes of February 27th began after the farmers had protested
for months and after angry farmers of the town of Varzane and its vicinity destroyed a water facility
belonging to the IRGC on Friday, February 22nd. On February 22nd, regime
officials faced popular protests when they intended to repair and rerun the
facility. Despite the regime’s agents shooting tear gas and opening fire,
people, forced them to flee the area. Once again the people attacked the
facility with bulldozers and destroyed the remains of the building.
The Isfahan farmers protest against the Revolutionary Guards’ plundering began many years
ago. Ever since the IRGC built dams on Zayande-Rud River in that area, it rerouted the water for its own
facilities, leaving the farmers lands deprived of water. The farmers demanded
all IRGC and government-run projects, that have cut-off their water and caused the
drought and destroyed agriculture, to be halted. Farming is their only source
of income. During the clashes that began
last Wed. 10 people have reportedly killed and hundreds wounded. There are at
least 7 cases that people have been blinded by bullets.
UNHCR calls for safety and
security of Iraq ’s Camp Liberty population
According to a statement by the UNHCR (United Nations
Refugee Agency) On March 1, 2013, it renewed its deep concern about the safety
and security of the Iranian residents of Camp Liberty in Iraq in light of
threats, made this week, by the group claiming responsibility for the 9
February mortar attack that killed seven people and wounded more than a hundreds.
The statement reads: UNHCR reaffirms that this population is entitled to
international protection according to international law.
UNHCR strongly calls on all countries to redouble their efforts to find humanitarian solutions for this population outsideIraq and urges the Iraqi Government to do everything
possible in the meantime to guarantee a safe and secure environment for this

elect of the Iranian resistance told a confrence in Genva on Feb. 28 that the
only viable solution would be to transferr all residents to US or transfer them
back to Ashraf until their relocation to third countries.

The 40th
round of nuclear negotiations with Iranian regime ended without any results
According to National Council of Resistance of Iran On
Wednesday February 27, another round of negotiations between the Iranian regime
and 5+1 powers in Kazakhstan ended without any sign of a breakthrough and they only
agreed on more negotiations. The world powers have been insisting the Iranian
regime must suspend enrichment of uranium at Fordo and do so under safeguards
that would constrain its ability to quickly resume operations there.

Iraqi people who are fed up with the Maliki policies came
to the streets of several provinces on Friday again by the millions. They
demanded Maliki to step down. They were also angry about the involvement of the
Iranian regime in their country. It's been 3 months since the vast
demonstrations are taking roots in Iraq as part of the Arab Spring.
