For the first time ever, an Iranian regime's Diplomat is on trial for plotting a terrorist attack in Belgium. Assadollah Assadi, Amir Saadoni and his wife Naseemeh Maani and Mehrdad Arefani were arrested red handed in 2018 when they were plotting to bomb the annual Iranian resistance gathering in Paris. Assadi transferred the bomb from Iran to Europe under his diplomatic immunity, handed it to the couple and they were supposed to give it to the third person to embed the bomb in the Villepinte arena north of Paris where the gathering took place. Fortunately this terrorist act was foiled by the police and Intelligence agents who were following the terrorist diplomat and his three mercenaries. More than 100,000 people participated in the 2018 gathering in Villepinte in Paris, families with their children, including US, Canadian, and European dignitaries which included world renowned former and current political figures and government officials.
