Ayda Najaflou, a Christian convert and prisoner of conscience in Evin Prison in Iran, has reportedly been denied essential medical treatment after suffering a spinal fracture from a fall from a bunk bed. The Prison authorities returned her to the women’s ward from the Taleghani hospital without proper medical care. Mobina Hamsian, an architecture student at Yazd University in Iran originally from Isfahan, has died after several days in a coma following a rooftop fall.
